Qualifications:
* Experience of using Content Management systems (CMS)
* Have some design experience with newsletter layouts/email layouts
* Experience with database driven websites on Microsoft platform
* High level of attention to detail
* Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work to short deadlines
* Innovative and Creative
* HTML Knowledge an advantage
* Design Software knowledge
* Analytic Skills a plus
* New Media/Marketing or Computer degree or equivalent qualifications desirable but not necessary
Your responsibilities will include:
-Post online Ads (Google Ads)
-Database maintenance
-Prepare monthly enewsletters and distribute via email to our database
-Prepare marketing emails and distribute to our database
-Plan, design and execute high-quality engaging content(template driven)
-Constantly iterate & test to optimize effectiveness of online campaigns
-Track key performance metrics, measured by Click Through Rate, number of engaged/reached people, quality of communications, customer satisfaction
-Work closely with social media, editors and publisher to ensure the right messages are communicated at the right time via the right channel
