This position is responsible for designing and implementing external and internal web pages and applications. Determines users’ needs, strategies, goals, and develops web pages and web applications that meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- BS in Computer Science or BA with equivalent technical competency.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience designing and developing web sites and web applications. Must have GUI design and programming (e.g. Java, C#, VB) experience.
- Must have strong knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and Active Server Pages and be proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flahs, and/or other web graphic and design tools.
- Knowledge of web architecture/infrastructure, content management systems, Windows 2000, 2003. IIS and SQL 2000, 2005 is essential.
- Must have direct client interaction and good communication, technical and analytical skills.
