Has architected and developed large-scale web applications for at
least 5 years
- Knows ASP.NET inside and out – from custom controls to reflection to
asynchronous callback delegates – and does it all in C#
- Strong in DHTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experienced with reports and MS Office integration
- Competent in SQL Server modeling, querying and performance tuning
- Can maintain and configure production IIS and SQL servers
- Completes projects on-time and isn’t bothered by deadlines
- Might even be MCAD or MCSD
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building commercial desktop applications in .NET a big plus
