Zynga is looking for a mid-level to senior level software engineer to join our Payments team and help reach more customers worldwide by supporting internationalization, international payment processors, and new payment processors and methods.

Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain payment processing systems to support increasing traffic and expanded payment options
Work with the payments team, business teams, and game development teams to understand requirements, and translate those requirements into reliable software solutions using best practices development processes and architectures
Develop and use unit tests to evaluate payment systems
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree required
4+ years in Java Server development
Some knowledge of web services REST, HTTP Protocols
2 years experience with MySQL
Ability to query database to find patterns in data
Data-driven approach to tuning and optimization
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid experience documenting code and designs
