A qualified candidate for this position should have these qualifications:
Good design skills and the ability to do production interface art for an important web-based product line.
Excellent user experience skills and an eye for the needs of the end-user.
Prior experience with human factors engineering and usability testing.
Strong JavaScript coding ability, including expertise in modern AJAX user interface.
Ability to interface with Java business logic.
Experience with the JSF framework preferred.
Experience working with a software development team.
Good communication skills (in person and written).
Your diverse responsibilities will include:
Create storyboards for user interface from design specifications.
Prototype and build web interface to sophisticated web-based products.
Author and locate user interface artwork for these products.
Write JavaScript code for the user interface.
Enable full validation and verification of user input.
Ensure security of customer-facing aspects of website.
