More specifically, we are looking for an outstanding Java and SQL developer who loves to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Requirements
- 3+ years of web development experience
- Ability to design, implement, and test web applications (primarily our internal administration tools) using Java, SQL, JSP, HTML, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of EJB3 is a plus, as we may be transitioning from a homegrown solution
- Ability to operate in our databases: Oracle, MySQL and Access
- Knowledge of Resin, Apache, PERL, XML, and shell scripting is helpful but not required
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a creative and diverse team
- Must be self-motivated, forward-thinking and have a strong work ethic
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
- Must love a good challenge!
