We are helping an action sports company look for a senior web developer to build a social network for action sports enthusiasts. They need someone right away. It is a contract-to-hire position, and when converted to a permanent employee, the salary will be between $80-$90k plus benefits.
This company has developed a unique live action video process, which is patent pending. They are currently working with Red Bull and their technology is being used at Red Bull events. The head marketing guru at Red Bull just left Red Bull and went to work for this company. This means they will be getting deals with major companies, and will grow quickly, which translates into major opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
They need 2 senior PHP developers, preferably with social network development experience. They have the front-end development covered with the current team, but need back-end developers. They are hiring the 2 developers as soon as they can find them. They are currently using a heavily customized version of Handshake, and instead of upgrading Handshake, they want to build their social network with Elgg.
