While technical skills are important, the right candidate will possess a balance of both technical savvy as well as soft skills needed for this highly interactive role.

Required knowledge/skills:

3+ years of experience with PHP and MySQL. Possesses a good understanding of the various components comprising a web application and how they work together. Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Exposure to Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Self Starter who takes initiative. Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
Experience troubleshooting with FTP/SSH through Terminal would be preferred but not required.
