ROKKAN, a New York City-based interactive agency, is looking for Zend/PHP Web Developers to join a talented team building a large-scale community-based web application. Candidates interested in this contract-to-hire position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer and must be able to work on location in our New York office. Technical skills required are the following:
Advanced PHP-5 or more years with PHP or related field
Object Oriented Programming
Zend MVC Framework
Familiarity with Content Management Systems
E-commerce
AJAX using JQuery/Prototype
Subversion for source control
Solid CSS and XHTML
LAMP/WAMP/MAMP
Excellent database management, optimization
SQL a must
BS in computer science or related field preferred
Full project life-cycle preferred
