JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Bluewolf Marketing team, you will be responsible for the tactical operations of search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns for Bluewolf within the US and UK. The position will be ultimately responsible for building and managing our SEM (SEO, PPC) operations and executing on our social media strategy.

This position will act as the subject matter expert within the team for SEM. This will be a hands-on position responsible for creating, analyzing and optimizing online marketing initiatives to gain search engine visibility (organic and PPC) and drive search traffic to Bluewolf’s web sites, generate leads for the organization.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience working in B2B Internet space, with an emphasis on high tech, IT or consulting

* Strong analytics and reporting skills

* A mix of right-brain and left-brain talents

* Stellar organizational skills, time management and attention to detail

* Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining a search strategy, with a strong emphasis on organic search

* The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently

* 1 – 2 years experience in search engine marketing

* BA/BS Required: Marketing/ Business Administration or Computer Science

* Google AdWords Professional (GAP) certified preferred

* Salesforce.com, WordPress, Eloqua, Google Analytics a plus

ORGANIC SEARCH PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

* Monitor overall SEO program success with regards to ranking, indexed pages, back links, traffic acquisition and report to senior management

* Analyze sites for opportunities in optimizing architecture, usability, conversion and navigation results

* Perform competitive analyses to monitor weakness and opportunities and help improve natural results

* Identify editorial/keyword opportunities and assist in the content strategy and execution to acquire traffic for targeted terms/phrases

* Optimize various website components to improve visibility/rankings as well and traffic conversion

* Social Networking Management: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

* Implement new blog strategy on corporate site

PAID SEARCH PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

* Responsible for paid search program success through successful bidding strategies and effective key word management on pay-per-click search engines; manages positioning to meet ROI targets

* Provides detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to identify, recommend and implement program changes to increase overall search performance efficiency

* Monitor, test, analyze and retests messaging leading to increased click/impression ratios
