A very mature and well-funded startup in Los Angeles is urgently looking for a Lead developer / Chief Architect with extensive Ruby on Rails (RoR) experience to take charge of the team.
The company for the most part is in Southern California and will look to have meetings on a periodic basis, so being somewhat local is important. That being said, you will have the freedom to work from home and telecommute almost 100% of the time.
