Somnio Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Flash Animator for contract work. Assignments may include off-site or on-site work at our location in Northwest Austin, depending on job assignment.
We seek multi-dimensional thinkers who enjoy working with new technologies. The ideal candidate would work closely with a creative team to deliver well-designed, interactive experiences from the ground up. Candidates for this position will have a chance to work on projects for industry leaders including Intel, HP, Cisco, IBM and 3M.
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Flash CS3 & 4 plus vector illustration software like Adobe Illustrator.
Meticulous attention to design details, composition and concept development
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and be able take initiative on key projects
Ability to illustrate concepts with storyboarding
Exhibit high quality creative standards
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Software or hardware demo
Informational linear animated presentation about hardware or software using information graphics
Cartoon-style animation with original character development
Creating visual assets for games, user interfaces, and other online deliverables.
