The Cake PHP Developer will be a motivated and creative web software engineer with a passion for transforming cutting edge ideas into innovative, real-world applications. He/She will have a solid understanding of the Cake PHP framework as well be an enthusiastic follower of current and emerging web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within an MVC paradigm. He/She will also have an appreciation for and experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum and TDD.

Job Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of PHP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery and database
technology, as is a flair for providing solid programming with feature-rich interfaces focused on customer usability.
* Ability to work in either Windows, *nix or Macs environments.
* Must be familiar with working in multi-developer shops.
* Organized, with strong understanding of business processes, familiarity with bug tracking and OOP principals.
