Need to design and develop an interactive training module that will enable learners to readily access training in a flexible, self-paced, and highly interactive format.
The focus is on developing a training module that will engage trainees with an interactive module that first demonstrates fill room techniques (this will include video of the processes), and then step-by-step users will be guided through the material. Nothing boring, but similar to a video game (i.e) http://biotechnology.gaston.edu/btc181/ph/index.html.
Requirement: Must have a personal license from http://www.adobe.com/resources/elearning/
Team: Currently consist of a Project Manager, QA Analyst, and Certified Educational Instructor. Need to add adobe flash programmer.
